Services provided
Proprietor of Internet Cafe (Spika s.r.o/Ltd.) is offering from this premises access to
the Internet network via general purpose personal computers (PC’s). For this service the
customers are charged according to the actual price list. PC’s are running under
MS-Windows NT operating system and (in addition to a web browser) have further programs
installed and accessible. Proprietor reserves the right to change the scope and
configuration of additional programs without notice.
Customers Rights and
Obligations
Customer can use PC’s and installed programs subject to following limitations:
- customer is not allowed to change PC configuration or install additional programs
- customer is not allowed to propagate computer viruses and similar routines on cafe’s
PC’s, or via provided connection, on Internet network.
- On Internet network customer is not allowed to propagate any information, which may be
subject to legal restrictions.
- customer is not allowed any attempts to access illegally Spika local network or other
networks, visible on Internet.
Notice:
Proprietor does not bear any responsibility for:
- Functionality of external telecommunication circuits
- Functionality or accessibility of any parts of Internet, except spika.cz domain.
- Information contents published on Internet by other subjects.
